Built on Trust. Crafted with Care.

Welcome to JLZ Construction, where quality craftsmanship and family values come together. We’re a small, family-owned construction company rooted in Ephrata, PA, proudly serving our community with reliable, honest, and skilled construction services.

Founded by Jason Zook, our company began with a simple mission: to build things the right way—honestly, efficiently, and with pride. Today, that mission continues with every home we build, remodel we complete, or structure we restore.

As a family business, we treat every client like part of our extended family. That means clear communication, fair pricing, and a hands-on approach from the first sketch to the final nail.

We specialize in:

•      Residential renovations and remodels

•      Additions and extensions

•      Bathroom remodels

• Basement finishing

•      Outdoor projects like decks and garages

Whether you’re dreaming of your forever home or need a trusted team to bring a vision to life, we’re here to make it happen—on time and on budget.

Our Values

    •    Integrity: We believe in doing what’s right, even when no one’s watching.

    •    Quality: We stand behind our work, using the best materials and time-tested methods.

    •    Family: As a family-run company, we understand the value of relationships—and we build with your family’s future in mind.
